conducts this program in Jackson County.
State Underground Petroleum
Environmental Response (SUPER) Act was enacted by State Legislation
in 1986.
We are responsible to conduct
off-site investigations pertaining to drinking water wells around
contaminated petroleum facilities, i.e. service stations, fuel oil
sites, industrial sites.
