Indigent
Medicine Program
The
Jackson County Health Department’s Indigent Medicine program supports free
medication for patients who utilize Dr. Chan as their primary care
physician. Acceptance to the program is
based on income and proof of income will be required for program
enrollment. Medication is provided by
the drug manufactures to patients whom they
determine eligible to receive assistance from their companies. Medications are delivered to the Jackson
County Health Department clinic and given out by clinic staff. If you qualify
for primary care and feel that you are eligible for this program ask Dr. Chan
for a program referral at your next visit.
