meet the requirements of Florida Statute 1003.22 all students must have signed
Florida Certification of Immunization. The
purpose of immunization compliance is to prevent and protect students from
exposure to contagious disease. Please
notify your school health nurse to investigate any possible contagious disease
– especially involving skin rashes.
