Childbirth Education Classes

How your body works during labor and birth
How to reduce your stress about childbirth
How to cope with labor pains and control your fears during labor
How to relax and breath during labor
How to care for and bond with your newborn

What:     This class consists of a series of four sessions once a week.
When:    Tuesday Evenings: 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm

                      Pregnancy Center
