Childbirth Education Classes

  • How your body works during labor and birth

  • How to reduce your stress about childbirth

  • How to cope with labor pains and control your fears during labor

  • How to relax and breath during labor

  • How to care for and bond with your newborn

What:     This class consists of a series of four sessions once a week.
When:    Tuesday Evenings: 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Where:   Jackson County Classes
                      Jackson Hospital (Classroom in Cafeteria on ground floor)
                 Washington County Classes
                      Pregnancy Center
